Amp Up California / Your privacy

Privacy notice

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This notice explains how Amp Up California collects and uses information on this website, including advertising technology provided by AdRoll / NextRoll, and how you can control that tracking.

Information you provide

When you request a technical brief, ask about Charge Ready Home, contact us, submit a partnership inquiry or apply for a career opportunity, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email, phone number, company, property address, project details, program eligibility answers, qualifications and availability. We use it to respond, evaluate requests and coordinate services or applications. Campaign identifiers and referral information may be saved with an inquiry.

Website technology and service providers

We use Base44 for website hosting and data storage, email services for inquiry notifications, Google Tag Manager for site measurement and campaign events, and Elfsight / Google for embedded customer reviews. These services may receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information and page requests. Authorized staff and service providers process submitted information to operate the website and respond to requests. Essential storage supports site operation and remembers your privacy choice. Partnership pages may also store a non-identifying flag after an inquiry is submitted.

AdRoll / NextRoll advertising

If you accept advertising, we use AdRoll, a service of NextRoll, Inc., for interest-based advertising, retargeting and campaign measurement. NextRoll and its advertising partners may collect personal information, including IP addresses, cookie or other online identifiers, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions, through third-party cookies, pixels and similar non-cookie tracking technologies. They use this information to recognize browsers, show relevant advertisements on other websites and measure advertising performance.

Our directly installed AdRoll pixel is not loaded unless you accept advertising. The preference applies to this browser and this website, not to every website or device. For more information, read NextRoll’s privacy notice, including its information for California residents.

Your advertising choices

You can accept or reject advertising in the banner and change your choice anytime using the advertising preferences control in our footer. Withdrawing consent stops our directly installed AdRoll pixel from loading on subsequent page loads. An active Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as a rejection of advertising, even if you previously accepted.

You can also use NextRoll’s opt-out tool, the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool, or Your Online Choices in Europe. Opting out does not remove all advertising; you may still see non-personalized ads.

Browser privacy settings let you block or delete third-party cookies, including cookies from particular websites. Mobile device privacy settings let you limit ad tracking or reset the advertising identifier. Our controls do not delete cookies already stored by other companies; use your browser settings or their opt-out tools. Choices may need to be repeated across browsers and devices, or after clearing site data. If browser storage is blocked, we can only remember your selection during the current visit.

California and other privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Advertising disclosures to NextRoll may be considered sharing under California law. Use the controls above to reject that tracking on this site, or NextRoll’s Do Not Sell or Share tool for its services. To ask about information you submitted to Amp Up California or make a privacy request, call 626-621-0298 or write to Amp Up California, 969 S Village Oaks Drive, Suite 108, Covina, CA 91724. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Retention, security and updates

We keep submitted information as needed to respond to inquiries, manage our business relationships and meet applicable obligations. Access controls help restrict submitted data to authorized people, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. This notice may change as our services or practices change; the updated date appears above.
