This entry-level helper role is about showing up, supporting the crew, and learning how quality work gets done—from a well-organized jobsite to the infrastructure behind EV charging.

What you’ll help with

Prepare work areas, organize tools and materials, and keep jobsites clean and safe.
Assist qualified crew members with material handling, site preparation, and installation support.
Learn tool identification, jobsite communication, and safety practices under supervision.
Support electrical and EV charging projects as assigned, within your training and authorization.

Work may involve outdoor jobsites, standing, bending, and moving materials. Specific duties, safety requirements, and any reasonable accommodations will be discussed for the opportunity.
